To celebrate the International Women’s Day, select exceptional women achievers from all over the world
will be honoured with the ISAW Women Achiever Awards at ITB Berlin, Germany on 9th March, 2023. The
venue hall will be announced here later in the year.

WOMEN ACHIEVER AWARDS

Since its inception in 2012, Institute of South Asian Women has been conferring ISAW Women Achiever Awards. The global awards are given on International Women’s Day at Berlin, Germany whereas the South Asian Awards are given in India. ISAW believes that awards motivate ambition, empower confidence, social responsibility and inspire new female leaders now and into the future. These awards are open to all across the globe. Our focus is on women achievers from all walks of life, such as politics, education, environment, business & corporate, tourism, arts, sports, social work and so on. We honour exceptional women who have emerged from the shadows to claim an equal stake in society, redefining the scope of power. They are in the forefront and at the helm of public life. We could not be more proud of this platform and the women that are a part of it.


 

2022

Institute of South Asian Women honoured distinguished women achievers with ISAW Women Achiever Awards for 2022 at Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi, India on 28th March 2022. The event was attended by powerful women, diplomats, media and ISAW Members. The awards were conferred by Prem Ahluwalia, Director ISAW. Celebrations followed with dinner hosted by Taj Mahal Hotel.

 

2019

Institute of South Asian Women conferred the ISAW Women Achievers 2019 Awards to honour exceptional women from all over the world who work for women empowerment, girl child and the community at large in their respective countries.  The awards were given at the prestigious event to celebrate International Women’s Day in Berlin. This year’s awards were conferred by Dr. Talib Rifai, former Secretary General of United Nations WTO. The event was attended by a large number of ministers and diplomats from various countries, professionals, women activists and media, among others. International media gave wide coverage to the event.

 

2018

ISAW honoured women achievers from the travel industry in India at an event held at The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi in September 2018. These are women who have emerged from the shadows to claim an equal stake in society. They are in the forefront and at the helm of the travel industry.
